MICHIGAN -- The Jackson County Sheriff's Office reported the following Wednesday activity:
7:53 a.m., Dep. Hiller was flagged down by a resident in Summit Township of a dog attack involving a pit bull. Two pit bulls attacked and killed a dog at the residence.
The pit bulls were located, seized and transported to the Animal Shelter. Charges to be sought against owners. The incident was turned over to Animal Control.
