South Africa: Dog put down after being dragged by car
SOUTH AFRICA -- A German Shepherd mix was dragged down the road suffering mortal injuries. The dog had to be euthanized.
Although a photo was taken of the white car - and its license plate - which had dragged the dog, there is no mention of anyone being charged with animal cruelty.
