OHIO -- A warrant has been requested for the arrest of a Frankfort woman after a deputy made a startling discovery.
A warrant was requested by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office Thursday, according to reports, for the arrest of 25-year-old Brittiany R. Arthurs (aka Brittany Arthurs).
A deputy attempted to serve a subpoena Tuesday at Arthurs’ home in Frankfort when they noticed a dog with a plastic jug stuck on its head, Lt. Mike Preston of the Ross County Sheriff’s Office, said.
The deputy was able to coax the dog up to a window and removed the plastic jug.
The dog also appeared to be malnourished, according to Preston.
Those that spoke with the investigating deputy claimed the owner had been gone and not home with the dog, Preston said.
