Kentucky: Lisa Taylor is accused of abandoning her dogs in apartment to die

KENTUCKY -- A Cadiz woman is facing animal cruelty charges this morning.

Trigg County Sheriffs say Lisa Taylor left her two dogs in her apartment without food or water.

Deputies say the dogs were taken to the vet, but one of them had to be euthanized.

Taylor is charged with abuse/neglect and cruelty to animals.
