Tennessee: Joshuah Williams, 30, charged with felony animal cruelty; accused of throwing his dog against a window

TENNESSEE -- A Clarksville man has been arrested and charged with aggravated animal cruelty after allegedly throwing a dog against a window.

The officer said he then heard the sound of an animal yelping in pain. Shortly thereafter, the yelping got louder and more intense and he heard a man yelling at the animal.
