TEXAS -- Deputy was dispatched to CR 1220 on a report of a black and white bull dog that was pulling a 3 to 4 foot propane cylinder behind it walking down the road.
The Deputy advised that the owner had arrived to get pick up the dog and that the owner would return to get the propane cylinder.
