Florida: Miniature Pinscher attacked by pit bull, $600+ vet bill to save little dog

FLORIDA -- In a nutshell, Pit bull attacks Miniature Pinscher. Vet bill has exceeded $600 and Pit Bull owners won't pay even though it's their fault their Pit Bull was running loose which resulted in the MinPin being attacked. I guess they should just be grateful the little guy is still alive. Most smaller dogs don't survive.
