FLORIDA -- Police officers get calls about suspicious people all the time — but probably not a lot of suspicious goats.
Officer Washington and Officer Allen of the Clearwater Police Department in Florida were patrolling as usual when they came across a lost goat wandering the streets.
Not wanting to leave the goat alone, the officers pulled over to investigate. With some coaxing, they were able to corral the mischievous goat — into the back of their police car.
Despite the fact that he's probably the first goat ever to get to ride in a police car, the law-breaking little guy looks pretty unfazed by the whole ordeal. Just another day on the run, apparently.
The officers were able to return the goat to his home at a local private school, and were no doubt sad to see him go — that was probably the best call they responded to all day.
"No charges were filed against the goat," the Clearwater Police Department wrote on its Facebook page.
