Pennsylvania: Zach Gannon, 23, gets updated mugshot after repeatedly kicking and stomping his aunt's Boxer puppy so hard it had to have its leg amputated

PENNSYLVANIA -- This wonderful specimen got angry when his aunt's beloved 8-month-old Boxer puppy was excited to see him and in her excitement dribbled some pee on his shoes. 

So Zach repeatedly kicks and stomps her - so viciously that she had to have her broken and smashed leg amputated to save her life.

Despite facing felony animal cruelty charges in which the news media proclaim carries a jail term of "up to two years" - that never happens. And as expected, little Zach, who was sponging off her aunt and living at her house, got a small fine and sent to anger management classes.

Look for Zach in future police reports where he beats a baby because it won't stop crying. He's a lost cause.
