Texas: Terrell police seeking information regarding man seen on video dumping puppies at the shelter in the middle of the night

TEXAS -- The Terrell Police Department and Terrell Animal Control are investigating an incident of animal cruelty abandonment.

On May 27 at 1:33 a.m., a cooler of puppies was abandoned at the Terrell Animal Adoption Center by a black male with a slim build, gray shirt, a red or orange hat worn backward and blue pants.

The male suspect was dropped off by a white model car that circled around and picked up the suspect.
