Prosecutor Bryan Taylor says the verdict against Sabrina Carmack was handed down Thursday.
The charges stem from an investigation conducted by the Animal Control Division of the sheriff's office.
Six goats, five dogs and four horses were seized from Carmack's property on Old Highway 30 in Caldwell in November. The animals were put in the care of a veterinarian for malnutrition and other health-related issues. One of the horses was put down.
At that time Carmack was on probation for possessing too many dogs without a kennel license. She has since moved to Mountain Home.
Carmack has prior convictions for failure to purchase canine licenses, canines running at large and kennel license violations. In addition, she was charged but not convicted of animal cruelty in Ada County in 2007.
Carmack will be sentenced on April 8. She faces up to six months in jail and up to $5,000 in fines.
