Texas: Woman asks for prayers after her granddaughter is attacked by a neighbor's dog

TEXAS -- "Please pray for my granddaughter's arm. She was attacked by a neighbors dog when she stepped out of her apt last night. Waiting for surgery now. Parents beware of dogs not on leashes. You never know what they might do."
