NORTH DAKOTA -- Police here are investigating an incident that happened Thursday evening, April 28, in which a dog was attacked and killed by another dog.
The attack happened about 8:40 p.m. in the 5500 block of Bishops Boulevard.
According to Deputy Police Chief Joe Anderson, the victim's dog was leashed at the time and the attacking dog had gotten outside its owner's fence.
The dog suspected in the attack was located and returned to its owner, Anderson said.
Anderson said the incident remains under investigation.
