Our neighbor poisoned our two dogs, Aron and Stefy, with a chicken. Aron is dead and Stefy is clinging on to life at the vet.

Even in 2017, there are still people as nasty as this.

Italy: Man dies after his Pit Bull attacks him; rips off his testicles

ITALY -- An Italian man whose pet pit bull ripped off his testicles has died of his injuries, Milan police said.

The man, whose identity has not been released, was rushed to the hospital Monday after his girlfriend had become nervous she hadn't heard from him and called police.

The man was found unconscious inside his apartment. Police said it's unclear whether one of the two pit bulls in the apartment attacked the man or if he suffered a medical emergency and was attacked after losing consciousness, TheLocal.it reported Saturday.

ITALY -- A man in Milan, Italy, was hospitalized after one of his pit bulls mauled his testicles, according to video from geobeats.

The 30-year-old dog owner was found unconscious by firefighters after his girlfriend reported that she was unable to contact him. It was unclear if the man passed out because of the mauling or because of his diabetes, geobeats says.

The reason for the dog's attack was not immediately known.

Update: The man has since died of his injuries. The Pit Bull ripped off his testicles and mauled his genitals.
