MICHIGAN -- Three people were hurt after police say a dog ran from a porch and attacked a jogger's dog in Cadillac.
Cadillac City Police say the dog attack happened Monday afternoon near East Pine Street.
Investigators say a St. Bernard-mix charged at the woman, her young son and their two dogs as they ran past the house.
The dog's owner and her daughter ran after it and tried to stop it, but the dog bit both of them and the jogger.
The jogger suffered a significant injury to her thumb.
The owner's daughter was bitten in the face.
Police say the two small dogs were also taken to the vet.
No charges have been filed at this time.
