ROCHESTER HILLS, MI -- A Rochester Hills woman reported being attacked by her own pit bull last week.
She told sheriff's deputies she was sitting at her computer inside her Oakridge Drive home when the dog bit her on her right bicep and then again on her left forearm.
She put the dog into a closet until deputies arrived. Sheriff's deputies said as soon as they got near the closet the dog began to "growl and bark aggressively."
Animal control officers removed the dog and the woman was treated and released at Crittenton Hospital.
