Woman Charged in Pit Bull Case

COLUMBUS, OH -- A couple who lost their 5-year-old pet Bichon to pit bulls say they're glad the Columbus city prosecutor filed charges against the dogs' owner on Monday.

Kasual Sharp faces nine counts -- three for each dog-failure to control a vicious dog, failure to insure and allowing an animal at-large, according to ABC6/Fox28 News' Carol Luper.

Marcie and Jeff Racki say they let their dog Benji out in the yard, only to shortly thereafter see him attacked and killed by three dogs from next door.

The Rackis say they'd just moved days before from Depew, New York, to Canal Winchester.
