MICHIGAN -- Jeanette Allison of Grayling is dealing with the loss of her 4-year-old Chihuahua mix after he was decapitated by a group of neighbor dogs.
Allsion's dog "Snowball" and another dog living in her home were chained up outside when three Pit Bulls attacked them.
"Snowball" was killed but the other dog made it out alive with only puncture wounds.
The Pit Bulls have been put down and their owner will have to pay a fine for the dogs not being on a leash.
