Traps Set For Pit Bull That Attacked Pataskala Man

OHIO -- Traps were set on Sunday to catch a pit bull that attacked a Pataskala man.

James Scarberry said he was in his front yard on Saturday when two dogs suddenly attacked his dog, then turned on him, 10TV's Tanisha Mallett reported. Scarberry suffered bites on his arm.

"My two sons came out and one had a broom and he was hitting him with a broom and he still wouldn't turn her loose," said Scarberry.

Police said that one dog was caught but the other ran off, Mallett reported.

Traps were set up in Scarberry's yard Sunday afternoon.

Police do not know where the dogs came from or whether they have an owner, Mallett reported.
