MICHIGAN -- A resident of an apartment complex in the 900 block of Stepehnson told police when she outside with her small dog on Oct. 28 her pet was attacked by pit bull.
Police said the pit bull also bit the woman on her thumb when she tried to protect her dog.
The resident who owned the pit bull was ticketed for the incident.
