Pennsylvania: Labrador German Shepherd mix Quarantined After Attacking Man In Brookline

PENNSYLVANIA -- A pet has been quarantined after attacking a man in Brookline.

The owner of the Lab German Shepherd mix, who told Channel 11 her first name was Alicia, said she's not sure what set off her dog Rocky.

The woman said she stopped by the Tobacco Outlet along Brookline Boulevard to ask the owner a question when chaos occurred.

"My head was in the door. All I heard was was the man screaming," said the woman.

The man was bitten in the leg.

[In the video clip, it says she had her dog Rocky with her when she poked her head into the door of the business to ask the owner a question and, around this same time, the bite victim had come running from across the street, heading into this same business.]

The store's owner Sunni Shah was startled by the scream.

"There was pain, and there was blood outside," said Shah.

Channel 11 arrived at the scene to find medics treating the man and humane officers trying to keep Rocky calm.

The woman said she feels bad and hopes the victim is OK.
