It's her second arrest for the same offense, with the same dogs in a year.

According to the Stark County Jail, Christina Bour, 27, was arrested Saturday evening at a home in the 1200 block of Ninth Street NW.
Police responded to the home and located the same three dogs from Bour's first arrest once again severely malnourished.
Bour was arrested and transported to the Stark County Jail where she remained locked up for animal cruelty and driving on a suspended license.
