WEST VIRGINIA -- Taylor County authorities are investigating accusations that the county's dog warden picked up three dogs and left them alone in a vehicle until they died.
She's also apparently a bus driver in the county. We heard a number of reports that Jackie Knotts left those animals at the bus garage in Grafton while she went on her bus route, but the dogs died before she returned.
No charges have been filed yet, but the incident is under investigation.
