Who walks their dog on a 20-foot leash??

WISCONSIN -- The Eau Claire City-County Health Department is looking for a dog that bit a woman at the corner of Washington Street and State Street on August 30, 2012 at approximately 5 p.m.

The dog is described as a large sized Husky type dog, black and white in color. The woman walking with the dog was dressed in green shorts and a purple T-shirt. The Health Department is urgently requesting health and rabies status of this dog.

A photo was taken of the owner and biting dog. This photo is included.

[Looks like an Akita, not a Husky.]
