ILLINOIS -- Freeport police on Monday, Oct. 8, arrested Precious Tillmon, 22, of Freeport on one felony count of aggravated cruelty to animals and two felony counts of cruel treatment to animals.
Police allege that Tillmon starved a pit bull, resulting in the dog’s death. Tillmon is also accused of starving and cruelly treating a poodle. The poodle was able to survive.
Tillmon was assigned a bond of $15,000.
