Deputies said the 47-year-old from Mesa reached out to an undercover detective on Craigslist and agreed to meet him so he could perform a sex act on his dog.

Sheriff Arpaio and his deputies became aware more than a year ago that people are using Craigslist to find others who have an interest in the felony criminal acts of bestiality.

According to Arpaio, these investigations show there is a secret language used by Craigslist users in order to hide their criminal plans.

Naylor is expected to be sentenced on Nov. 16.
