Idaho: Town Hall starved his horses, nearly 20 found dead. His punishment? One year of probation

IDAHO -- A Downey man accused of mistreating his horses has pleaded guilty to ONE CHARGE of misdemeanor animal cruelty.

Town Hall (yes, that's his name) was cited last year for having malnourished animals, and was charged twice this year after he failed to improve conditions for the horses on his property.

Investigators found nearly 20 dead horses with several others starving.

Hall faces a year of probation and has been ordered to pay over $600 in fines.
