OHIO -- Athens County sheriff’s deputies said a man was reportedly attacked by a pit bull at a home in Glouster on Saturday.

Authorities said the dog bit the man in his hand, arm, and stomach at a residence on Loudermilk Rd.

The man stabbed the dog three times. He told authorities that the dog attacked him when he and his girlfriend were fighting for control of the phone.
