Junior Lee Lessley for cocaine possession and animal cruelty

FLORIDA -- The Bradenton Police Department has arrested a man for illegal narcotic transactions and animal cruelty.

The Narcotics Unit of the police department executed a search warrant on April 10 at a house due to illegal narcotic transactions that were occurring there.


During the investigation, a severely injured canine was discovered and in urgent need of medical attention.

The dog was immediately transported to an animal hospital where it was later euthanized.

Junior Lee Lessley was arrested and charged with felony animal cruelty and possession of rock cocaine.
