OHIO -- Millcreek Township police have cited the owner of a pit bull that attacked a 3-year-old boy in the township on Saturday.
Catherine Ann Krumpe, 22, was cited for harboring a dangerous dog and for failure to confine the dog on the premises, police said today.
Police said Krumpe's dog, an adult pit bull, bit a 3-year-old boy in the groin area on Saturday at about 3 p.m. in the 900 block of Marshall Drive. The boy was released after treatment at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.
