OKLAHOMA -- Boswell residents have become concerned about the safety of area children and animals after a pack of dogs attacked and killed a pet goat, named Sunday, last Tuesday.
According to an eye-witness report, three dogs entered into a yard through a fence and attacked the 6-month old goat on July 2.
The animal’s owner stated that she began screaming when two male neighbors came to assist. Two of the dogs ran away, the report claims, but one pit bull would not retreat.
According to the report, the dog began to turn on the man who had to jump the fence to get away.
The dog, again, was able to get the goat by the neck before law enforcement could get to the residence on North Fourth St. in Boswell.
The owner of the dog was ticketed, but the goat did not survive.
The goat’s owner stated she was very concerned about the safety of area children, considering three adults were unable to get the dog under control before it killed the pet.
OK, and what did you do with the killer Pit Bulls?? Let the owner keep them so they can kill again? Maybe a child next time??
