After responding to the same neighborhood three times over the last three months, animal control said it plans on presenting a case to the Mobile County District Attorney.
"I'm reviewing it. I see we have prior history on them so I'm taking all that information.We are getting our reports together and we are going to forward to the D.A," said Carmelo Miranda.
A neighbor on Three Dean Way contacted FOX10 News and told us the dogs have attacked their pet before and she's worried a human may be next.
Julia Logan said her family dog has had a few encounters the pit bulls.

"They come from down the street, and they'll come through the backyard. Socrates will be chained up. They basically like bully him," said Logan.
Mobile County Animal Shelter said the dogs have done more than just bully pets.
"The dogs have a tendency of getting out. It has killed a neighbor's pet on a second incident. It was a cat," said Miranda.

Animal control said if a case continues to get loose, intimidate neighbors or attack other pets; it can hold the owner accountable under a dog control ordinance.

"(We've) impounded the dogs twice. Yesterday neighbors said it was trying to attack this dog. No physical damage, but the owners are afraid it will may hurt somebody," said Miranda.
Some neighbors said loose pit bulls aren't a big deal.
"They are loveable sweet dogs. They come running up to you. They want to play with you. I think people mistake that with they are going to attack you," said Donna Downing.
Some neighbors on Three Dean Way said the dog owner does his best to keep the animals behind a fence.

“They are going to get out they are dogs," said Downing.
We reached out to the dog's owner, but we were told he wasn’t home.
While FOX10 News was on Three Dean Way, animal control was already there working a separate case of a pit bull allegedly on the loose. The video in the story is of the pit bull animal Ccontrol took to the shelter.
It's owner paid a fee to get him out and he told FOX10 News his dog was not on the loose.
