Members with the Huntington Police Department Special Emphasis Unit and West Virginia State Police executed a search warrant at a home in the 700-block of Washington Avenue Friday.
They say Dora Helen White, 43, who lives at the address where the bust happened, was arrested on possession charges.
Investigators say earlier in the week, they got a tip that White had sold hydrocone pills. After taking her in to custody Friday, she admitted to selling pills in the past.
According to the criminal complaint, at the time of the arrest, White had two marijuana joints in her possession.
When investigators searched the home, they found more than drugs. They also found filthy conditions.
According to the criminal complaint, they found three dogs in the house, in rooms with 6 to 8 inches of animal feces on the floor.
Huntington Code Enforcement and Cabell-Huntington Health Department issued a temporary "Keep Out Order" on the home, pending the home being condemned.
The dogs were taken into custody by Cabell-Wayne Animal Control.
