UNITED KINGDOM -- Mountain rescue teams have saved a dog who was stuck on a remote ledge in Snowdonia for six days.
Corris, an 18-month-old foxhound, had been stranded on steep ground on the side of Trwyn Y Graig, in the Nantlle area when she was eventually reached by members of the Aberglaslyn Mountain Rescue Team.
And despite repeated attempts to bite her rescuers - who abseiled down the cliff to reach her - she was eventually enticed to safety with the use of digestive biscuits, and has now been returned to her owners
Corris had been walking in the area with her owners the previous Sunday, who had failed with their own attempts to rescue her.
