TEXAS -- A local family found their beloved cat, Cleo, torn to pieces in their own garage.
The family said they checked the security camera, and, to their horror, saw their pet being attacked by a pack of dogs.
Neighbors said this attack isn't the pack's first act of violence.
The dogs attacked 11-year-old Aliyah Aguierre almost a year ago. "They literally pulled me off my bike by my shirt and bit my side," she said.
Her mom, who rushed her daughter to the emergency room, can't believe the animals are still out on the street.
"My kids can't even play in the front yard because of those animals," said Rachel Aguierre.
Almost a dozen neighbors were gathered around this morning, angrily wondering why the animals are still "terrorizing the neighborhood".
They said they've all made phone calls to Animal Control, but nothing has been done.
The dog's owner, Monique Soliz, said that Animal Control asked her to fix the holes in her fence a couple years ago.
Soliz admits the dogs run loose sometime. However, she doesn't think her dogs are dangerous.
"The dog's are getting out...One of them is not so smart, I'm afraid he's going to get hit."
The neighbors said that the dog's safety is the least of their worries

It's always mind boggling to me when the neighbors put up with this crap for long periods of time and wring their hands over the fact that AC is doing nothing. Take action people! You live in TX, shoot the stupid beasts or poison them at least! No one is going to help you.
