Beverley Wisner says it attacked her husband Danny and killed their family pet Maltese. Wisner says her husband was walking their dog "Riley" Monday when pit bull from a neighbor's yard brutally attacked them.
According to Beverley, the incident has been emotionally draining for her family. "Very sad very sad and I've cried so much I can't cry no more" Wisner said. She and her husband both want the animal put down.
"I want the dog put down and destroyed, The dog has tasted blood and Pit bulls once they taste blood they will do it again and that dog has no right to live now" Danny Wisner said.
But the man who they claim owns the dog says he doesn't. He say's the dog just showed up on his property a few days before the attacked happened. The man did not want to be interviewed on camera about the situation.
Police say the Pit Bull is locked up and will be euthanized if the owner doesn't claim the dog and pay 25 dollars.
