Texas: Donations being asked for Chelsi Camp and her two-year-old daughter after they were mauled by Chelsi's boyfriend's Pit Bull

TEXAS -- Chelsi Camp and her daughter Mackenzi were attacked by a Pit Bull on Monday, March 31st.

Mackenzi underwent a seven-hour surgery that evening and was in ICU for several days following surgery.  Chelsi badly injured her hands and arms as she fought to save her daughter.

Mackenzi is now out of ICU, but she is still at Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Houston Medical Center.  She is scheduled to have another surgery on April 7th.

The road to recovery is going to be a long one for these two brave girls, and they need all the help and support they can get. If you are able to donate towards their medical expenses, you can do so here.

There are also several fundraisers going on around the League City, Texas area if you are able to attend.  Your support, prayers and positive thoughts are more than appreciated!

UPDATE
Sweet Mackenzi just left the doctor and is doing better than anyone could have expected! She has full facial movement, and everything is working the way it's supposed to. Thank you all again for your support, kind words, and prayers!
