The 62-year-old Van Dusen testified during her trial she didn't do anything illegal and only took in sick and homeless animals that no one else wanted.
Animal control officials raided Van Dusen's home in 2012, confiscating 93 cats and two dogs. Many of the animals were emaciated and suffering from diarrhea and parasite infestations.
Van Dusen, who is an attorney, could face either up to three years in prison or probation during her sentencing on July 25.
Van Dusen waived her right to a jury trial after a previous jury was hung in the case.
