"Not guilty", says jury of NY man who beat dog over the head causing multiple fractures and then shot him and left him to suffer until he died

NEW YORK -- A Sloan man accused of animal cruelty for shooting his dog, has been found not guilty.

An Erie County court jury returned its verdict Monday morning in the case.

Michael Tortorici, 58, was accused of beating and then shooting an eight-year-old German Shepherd last November.

Tortorici told police he shot the dog because it attacked him.

Slimeball attorneys who convinced a stupid NY jury that this guy was justified
in beating the dog, causing multiple fractures including one to the eye socket and
then going and getting a gun and coming back and shooting the dog and then
leaving the dog - STILL ALIVE - to suffer until it finally died.
Don't worry, the man upstairs is keeping track of what they do on Earth.

Officials with the SPCA confirmed through a necropsy that the dog was severely beaten over the head, suffering multiple fractures including one to the eye socket.

Jeff Eyre, Special Agent in Charge of Investigations for the SPCA said the gunshot wound was not immediately fatal, indicating that Max had suffered severely before he died.
