WASHINGTON -- A Finley man is now facing felony charges for shooting a dog to death that came on his property.
Otis McCulley admitted to KEPR that he shot the puppy when he thought it would poop in his yard.
The 82 year old is now charged with first degree animal cruelty.
The prosecuting attorney says a weapons charge could be added later.
McCulley told KEPR he's also shot several other dogs that have come on his property.
