This is what having money gets you in America -- animal abuser Beth Lynne Hoskins, convicted of 52 COUNTS OF ANIMAL CRUELTY, has already been released from jail

NEW YORK --Beth Hoskins, the woman at the center of a long-running animal abuse case, has been released from jail.


Hoskins was convicted on 52 counts of animal cruelty, and in December, was sentenced to 90 days behind bars. She turned herself over to authorities Dec. 12 after violating her probation.

Hoskins was convicted of neglecting her horses in East Aurora. She was initially arrested back in 2010.

 
 
 

Hoskins served about 60 days behind bars.
