Couple found guilty in Dayton deadly dog attack

OHIO -- A Dayton couple has been found guilty in a deadly dog attack.

Andrew Nason and Julie Custer both pleaded no contest to failure to control their dogs and a judge found them guilty.

Police say their dogs mauled their neighbor Klonda Richey, 57, to death last year.

Both now face six months and a $100,000 fine for each count.

"Bad cop" tag/label is for the Animal Control agency which refused to do anything about the multiple complaints coming in about these vicious dogs.
