North Carolina: Police say dog decapitated in animal cruelty case

NORTH CAROLINA -- Kings Mountain Police say someone decapitated a dog at a person's home.

Police were called to 104 S. Gaston St. at 7:47 p.m. Thursday in reference to a breaking and entering and animal cruelty report.

Police arrived to find a person's dog decapitated.

Police are asking that anyone with information on this crime to call Detective Cpl. Paul Alexander at 704-734-0444 or 704-730-2119.

There was not a description of the suspects given.
