Dog bite being investigated after boxer bites a 2-year-old on the face

OREGON -- The Douglas County Environmental Health Department is investigating a dog-bite incident that took place in the parking lot of Templin Beach Park, near the Happy Trails Dog Park in Roseburg on July 1st.

A brown boxer dog, possibly with a white-colored chest, bit a 2-year-old child on the face.

 

The dog needs to be found for observation purposes only, as required by law.
