NEW YORK -- On Wednesday of this week, Elmira Animal Control recovered three animals as part of an abandonment investigation.
According to Elmira Animal Control, officers executed a search warrant at 670 Jackson Creek Road in the Town of Erin under suspicions that animals were left there unattended without food and water.
Two male dogs and one female cat were removed from the property and are now being cared for at the Elmira Animal Shelter.
No arrests have been made in connection to this ongoing investigation.
