Arrest warrant issued for Pingelly woman, Kylie Ann Hall, on animal cruelty charges

AUSTRALIA -- An arrest warrant has been issued for a Pingelly woman facing animal cruelty charges.

Narrogin Magistrates Court issued the warrant on Tuesday after Kylie Ann Hall, 28, and partner Steven Conway, 34, failed to appear in court.

They had been due to face charges of failing to provide sufficient food and water to a number of animals, including sheep, rabbits, roosters, pigs and goats.

Conway was later traced but police are still working to track down Hall.

RSPCA WA chief inspector Amanda Swift said a number of dead animals were found on the couple’s property, along with a number of dehydrated and injured dogs.

“We now call for public help to locate Mr Conway and Ms Hall to enable the Court to determine the appropriate sentence for their action,” she said.

Anyone with information is urged to call WA Police on 131 444.

If you witness any animal cruelty or neglect, you can report it to RSPCA WA on 1300 CRUELTY.
