Two-year-old Ariana was staying at her father's Westminster home when a Siberian Husky bit her on the face.
The little girl was taken to Joondalup Hospital and needed almost 50 stitches as a result of her injuries.
Her mother told Ten News the attack was unprovoked.
Police have spoken to the girl's father.
City of Stirling said a decision on the dog's fate would be made once a Ranger's report was released.
