IOWA -- An Indianola man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly killing his girlfriend's dog, according to a news release from the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
The Warren County Sheriff's Office arrested 21-year-old Trey Robert Sudbrock for alleged animal torture. No additional information has been released.
Note that he is reportedly 6'5" tall and weighs more than 200 pounds. My guess is that he beat and threw his girlfriend's dog until he killed it.
Under Iowa law, a first offense for animal torture is considered an aggravated misdemeanor, punishable by up to two years in jail and a fine between $625 to $6,250.
