Missouri: Two Most Wanted captured over the weekend. Tracy Newton and Lonnie Buesing charged with felony animal cruelty

MISSOURI -- January 09 Independence police arrested Lonnie M. Buesing, 34, on a Livingston County arrest warrant for 2 class D felony counts of alleged Animal Abuse.

January 10 Independence police arrested Tracy Lee Newton, 43, Carrollton on a Livingston County arrest warrant for 2 class D felony counts of Animal Abuse.

Both warrants carried $5,000 cash bond and both men have been extradited from the Jackson County Jail and transferred to the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail in lieu of bond.

This stems from an investigation by the LCSO and Livingston County Humane Society allegedly involving 10 grossly emaciated pit bulls that were located in Wheeling.

Even with these arrests the LCSO is continuing with this investigation.
