New York: Police say Robert Juliano Jr., 44, is an animal abuser and drug dealer

NEW YORK -- On January 9, 2016, State Police in Lyons arrested Robert S. Juliano Jr., age 44, of Lyons, New York, for Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the second degree (D felony) and three counts of Cruelty to Animals.

The Criminal Possession of Marijuana charge stems from a search warrant executed at Juliano's residence on October 8, 2015.  State Police Lab results indicated that almost two pounds of processed marijuana was seized from Juliano's residence.


The Cruelty to Animals charges stem from a complaint made on October 28, 2015, by the Town of Lyons Animal Control Officer.  Three dogs were seized from Juliano's residence and turned over to the Wayne County Humane Society.

Juliano was arraigned in the Town of Lyons Court in front of Town Justice Richard Wunder.  Juliano was committed to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail and scheduled to return to the Town of Lyons Court on January 12, 2016, at 8:30 a.m.
